Return & Refund Policy

• If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us on the same day the order is placed. As orders are shipped daily, it becomes difficult to make any changes or cancellations once the shipment has been handed over to the courier company.

• Please make sure to answer your phone and stay available for delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier company may automatically cancel the shipment.

• All orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition before shipping. Therefore, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage, and must be reported on the same day the order is received.

• If you wish to exchange your item for another product due to a change of mind after receiving the order, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping fees.

• Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A deposit is required before production begins, and the customer will be involved throughout the design, artwork approval, and production process until the final piece is completed.

• All products come with a 6-month warranty against color change.

• Our jewelry is made from stainless steel with gold plating. The material is rust-resistant and designed to maintain its appearance. If any color change occurs within the warranty period due to reasons beyond our control, the item will be replaced or exchanged for another product of equal value.

• "Color change" refers specifically to the fading of the gold plating and the appearance of the silver stainless-steel base color underneath. Any other type of damage is not covered under this warranty.

• Any damage other than color change, including breakage, scratches, misuse, accidents, or improper handling, is considered wear and tear or misuse and is not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty coverage.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

• في حال الرغبة في تعديل أو إلغاء الطلب، يرجى إبلاغنا خلال نفس يوم تأكيد الطلب، حيث نقوم بشحن الطلبات بشكل يومي، مما يجعل من الصعب إجراء أي تعديل أو إلغاء بعد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن.

• نرجو الحرص على متابعة الهاتف والرد على شركة الشحن. بعد ثلاث محاولات توصيل غير ناجحة، تقوم شركة الشحن بإلغاء الشحنة تلقائياً.

• يتم تصنيع وتجهيز وتغليف جميع الطلبات بعناية، كما يتم التأكد من سلامة المنتج بنسبة 100% قبل الشحن. لذلك لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات إلا في حال وجود عيب تصنيع أو تلف بالمنتج، على أن يتم إبلاغنا خلال نفس يوم استلام الشحنة.

• في حال الرغبة في استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر بعد الاستلام بسبب تغيير الرأي، يمكن دراسة بعض الحالات الاستثنائية، ويتم الاستبدال بعد موافقتنا مع تحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن الجديدة.

• المنتجات المخصصة (Customized Products) لا يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها تحت أي ظرف، ويتم تنفيذها بعد دفع عربون مسبق. كما تتم متابعة التصميم والرسم ومراحل التصنيع مع العميل خطوة بخطوة حتى الانتهاء من المنتج.

• جميع منتجاتنا مشمولة بضمان لمدة 6 أشهر ضد تغير اللون.

• منتجات الستانلس ستيل مقاومة للصدأ ومطلية بالذهب، ولا يُفترض أن يتغير لونها. وفي حال حدوث تغير في اللون لأي سبب خارج عن إرادتنا خلال فترة الضمان، يتم استبدال القطعة أو استبدالها بمنتج آخر بنفس القيمة.

• المقصود بتغير اللون هو تأثر طبقة الطلاء الذهبي وتحول اللون من الذهبي إلى اللون الفضي (وهو اللون الأصلي للستانلس ستيل قبل الطلاء). أما أي تلف أو تغير آخر فلا يندرج ضمن ضمان تغير اللون.

• أي حالات تلف أخرى، بما في ذلك الكسر أو الخدوش أو سوء الاستخدام أو التعرض لمؤثرات خارجية، تعتبر خارج نطاق الضمان ولا يمكن استبدالها أو استرجاعها.
